Session Fees: Session fees may be covered by your insurance. Your insurance will be verified and an estimate of your fee obligations will be given to you prior to your first appointment. Please ask for a private pay fee schedule if you do not have insurance coverage.

Individual counseling: This is based on a face to face contact session. There are additional fees if the session is longer than 45 minutes or out of session services are requested by the client or are deemed necessary for the welfare or mental health of the client. Examples of such services are but not limited to: Reading of additional materials, viewing or listening to materials submitted by the client, extensive phone calls/emails requiring the exchange of dialogue more than scheduling or canceling an appointment.

Non-Counseling sessions: Subsequent sessions after the intake session are subject to additional fees if the session is longer than 45 minutes or out of session services are requested by the client or are deemed necessary for management of the case. Examples of such services are but not limited to: Reading of additional materials, viewing or listening to materials submitted by the client, extensive phone calls/emails requiring the exchange of dialogue more than scheduling or canceling an appointment.

Mediation sessions:  The fee is based on a contact session of 45 minutes. The fee includes a written summary from the session. There is an additional fee at the end of the mediation if a report is requested.

Out of session costs:  Out of session fees are generally charged at a rate of $100 per hour but could be subject to change. Examples of services that are subject to fees are: additional reading outside of a session, additional research, documentation outside of session, phone calls text messages or emails that are not related to scheduling appointments, and meetings with professionals related to the case.
